We proudly support initiatives such as the Cancer Hair Care Wig Bank, reflecting our belief that beauty should never come at the cost of the planet or humanity.

We provide apprenticeships and training, support the next generation of hairstylists and invest in continuous learning & development for our team.

Evolving the Salon Experience
At THRĪV, we are proud to be Wales’ first salon to integrate wellness and self-care into hair services, This philosophy extends beyond clients it also defines how we treat our team.
During my 3 years at the salon, I can happily say it was an amazing business environment to work in. Everyday was exciting, no two days being the same.

ts a great learning environment, the perks of being able to meet different people, hearing different stories, making others feel good and also having a friendly and supportive bunch of collegues.

I loved working in Amaryllis, (Thriv). It never felt like turning up for a normal 9-5 job. As it never felt like a job it felt more like meeting the girls/guys everyday for a catch up.
The talent around me was something that you don't see everyday and to be able to learn from the girls themselves I couldn't ask for better teachers or guidance throughout my training. You can be taught the basics in hairdressing from any salon but no salon can teach thrivs way of hairdressing and I'm glad I had the opportunity to be a part of something special.

Working in Amaryllis (Thriv) salon is one of the highlights of my career I got colour specialist training before doing clients and grew confident in my craft. I learnt skills i still use today.
